Beltorre Developer Owned Lots – Agent Referral Policy

Client must be registered with Beltorre via the agent referral form prior to visiting, or accompany them on their initial visit.
Clients, customers, and existing Beltorre property owners are not eligible for an agent referral.
Once registered, the client will be registered into the Beltorre Registered Client Database for a period of 12 months unless re-registered by agent.

Beltorre Developer Owned Lots – Commission Schedule

Agents will be due a commission on original purchases by registered clients in the following method:
- 3% commission of lot cost determined by net sales price
- $1,000 bonus in addition to the 3% commission
- Commission will only be paid to properly licensed brokers
